Whistl partners with iForce to develop IRS carrier management tool

Whistl has teamed up with iForce to develop IRS (Intelligent Routing System) – a bespoke carriage software for its multi-carrier single supplier packets and parcel service. The software will allow Whistl to process, manage and track deliveries more efficiently. It will also enable tailored, branded communications to be sent to the end consumer, at chosen trigger points along the delivery process.

Christine Key, Managing Director, Packets & Parcels, Whistl, said: “The iForce IRS software has enabled us to provide a single, multi-carrier management tool suitable for both large and small retailers who want a seamless cost effective way to enhance their delivery activity and ultimately improve the end consumer experience.”
