MaltaPost extends Easipik Parcel Locker service
MaltaPost has extended the scope of its Easipik parcel locker service, which offers 24/7 automate pickup facilities in locations around Malta and Gozo. The Easipik service was previously only available for customers shopping with SendOn, but this has now been extended to all customers who shop online.
The lockers are located in the following Post Offices, which are accessible on a 24/7 basis: Birkirkara, Marsa Head Office, Mosta, Rabat, San Ġwann, San Pawl il-Baħar, Tas -Sliema (Triq Adrian Dingli), Ħaż-Żabbar, Ħal Luqa, Floriana, Valletta and Rabat Gozo.
“Through this development MaltaPost is continuing to gear itself to offer solutions to facilitate ecommerce for its customers,” said MaltaPost Chief Commercial Officer Mark Vella.
“Ecommerce activity has increased over the past years and we have therefore recognised the need to provide alternative delivery services to the traditional postal services, particularly in such a hectic life-style when customers are often not home to receive their online shopping. Easipik solution for our SendOn clients has been a great success so we are now extending this service to all our clients.”
