Deliver in Europe launch

The Deliver in Europe online platform was officially launched at last week’s Deliver #2 conference. The EU-funded platform aims to help SME retailers increase their involvement in the cross-border business by giving them more transparent information on the range of parcel delivery services available.

As previously reported by Post&Parcel, a beta version of the Deliver in Europe platform was  launched last year.

Announcing the full version of Deliver in Europe, Maros Sefcovic, Vice President of the European Commission, said: “We need more of these initiatives, since cross-border e-commerce directly benefits citizens. Once consumers are comfortable ordering their products from anywhere in the EU, they will increase demand, enjoy better prices and services, and generate more business.”
