McDelivery comes to Canada

McDonald’s has announced that “McDelivery” – the food delivery service it is running with UberEATS – has arrived in Canada. In a statement issued today (4 July), McDonald’s said that is now available in 187 restaurants across Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Greater Toronto Area and Edmonton, and will be offered in more than 250 restaurants total, including in Calgary, by end of summer 2017.

By end of summer 2017, McDelivery with UberEATS will be available in the following regions:

  • Montreal (31 restaurants)
  • Ottawa (18 restaurants)
  • Toronto & Greater Toronto Area (145 restaurants)
  • Edmonton (43 restaurants)
  • Calgary (20 restaurants)

McDonald’s has also been rolling out its McDelivery service in cities in the UK. The service was trialled in London, Nottingham and Leeds in June and the roll-out has continued this month, with Manchester the latest city to come onboard. The UK operation also uses UberEATS as the delivery partner.
