Australia Post’s “Shipster” free shipping service goes nationwide

Australia Post has announced that its “Shipster” free shipping service is now available nationwide.

Shipster offers free shipping on eligible purchases at more than 50 of Australia’s biggest online stores, and two months free for new sign-ups.

Customers spending $25 and over on their shopping cart with a participating retailer will have their shipping costs automatically discounted at the checkout.

Australia Post Chief Customer Officer, Christine Corbett, said: “Shipster has really taken off with our customers who love to shop online, so we are incredibly excited to extend this to every household in time for Christmas.

“Regional Australians are regular online shoppers, with these households each receiving about nine parcels per year. Online shopping makes it easier to access the brands and products they love but don’t have locally, so no matter where you are, you can shop when you like and where you like without the hassle.

“This means we’re delivering free shipping to 11.6 million delivery points in Australia.”
