Amazon publishes 2017 UK Trends Report

The 2017 Amazon.co.uk Trends Report, which was published today (13 December), includes updates on the progress of the Amazon Prime and AmazonFresh delivery programme.

According to the report: “Prime Now is available to more than 30% of the UK population in selected postcodes and customers can choose delivery within one hour of ordering, or delivery within a choice of two hour, same-day delivery slots from morning till night.”

On the food delivery front, the report said that AmazonFresh has now expanded its selection to more than 180,000 competitively priced items, adding more than 50,000 products over the last year. The AmazonFresh offering was also strengthened by Amazon’s acquisition of Whole Foods Market earlier this year.
