Brunei Postal dept launches super fast mail service

The Postal Services Department yesterday upgraded its fast ‘Speed Mail’ service with super fast mail service it called ‘Mail Gagas’ or ‘Rush Mail’ that delivers mail to any place within the Brunei-Muara area in under three hours.
The 10-year-old ‘Speed Mail’ that delivers mail within 24 hours is no longer considered as fast at this time and could not meet the need of certain sectors of the community.

letters was held at the Ministry of Development yesterday. The problems pertaining to the delivery of letters have been a thorn
in the side of the Postal Services Department in Brunei for some
time now. Complaints have come in via telephone calls and the media.
Individuals have also lodged complaints at the post office.
