Royal Nedlloyd Parcel And Logistics Division To Be Acquired By Deutsche Post And Danzas.
July 1 1999 Deutsche Post has acquired Royal Nedlloyd’s parcel and logistics business (European Transport and Distribution (ETD)) for DM 1.043 billion. Nedlloyd has an annual turnover of DM 2.84 billion, and has over 11,500 employees.
