Wilson strengthens Nordic base with Exceed merger

6 May 2002 Wilson logistics has bought Exceed, a Swedish Air and sea freight forwarder for €17m Exceed was formed by the amalgamation of Air Cargo Express, MelAir and Speditions Service in November 2000. Exceed had a turnover of €140m and an annual loss of €2m.
