Exel Direct, Exel’s e-fulfilment and home delivery service, will implement a new system for IKEA’s home deliveries to provide the retailer and its customers with a greater degree of delivery accuracy.

IKEA customers will benefit from this new relationship. Exel will deliver from store to door providing customers the choice at time of ordering, the most convenient time slots for delivery on a given day and which room deliveries should be left.
