Read MoreDeutsche Post AG has acquired the remaining thirty percent share in Interlanden from Koninklijke Wegener NV. This transaction ties in with the expectations that were expressed when Wegener sold seventy percent of Interlanden to Deutsche Post in July 2002. Interlanden is one of the most important players in the field of distributing unaddressed advertising materials in the Netherlands.

Deutsche Post now holds 100 pct of the Dutch mail company. Interlanden delivers unaddressed advertising materials and has around 500 employees.
Read MoreToday sees the official start of operations by Selekt Mail Nederland. At the beginning of July this year, shareholders Deutsche Post and Dutch publisher Wegener announced plans to found a joint venture.
They were merging the addressed mail services provided by both companies at that time. The competition authorities have now given their approval and Selekt Mail Nederland is now able to start fulfilling its ambitions.
