Sources close to Post Express have reported that an imminent takeover bid of the British Postal Consultancy Service (BPCS) by Transend, the international consultancy are of New Zealand Posts, is in the pipeline. BPCS said th ey were not in a position to confirm or deny the reports at the time Post Express went to press (May 01)
