DocumentServices AG, a subsidiary of Swiss Post, took over the printing and packaging centre of Swisscom IT Services, the IT services arm of leading phone carrier Swisscom, with immediate effect from July 4, 2006.
No details of the purchase price were revealed.

economic development. “SPI Mail International Pte. Ltd”, based in Singapore, has been an SPI franchisee since 2003. The acquisition was made with retroactive effect to 1 April 2006. The two subsidiaries in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Hong Kong (China) were also acquired.
Palletways has appointed a Swiss member as it seeks to create the first pan-european pallet network. Universal Expres, based in Munchenstein/Basel, will provide a 48/72 hour distribution services withe exclusivity in Switzerland, France zip code 68 and Germany zip code 79.
