It appears that the future of postal and mail companies is safe. A survey carried out by UK Chronopost International revealed that 70% of people believe sending documents by post is safer than sending them as email attachments.

Play time at CPD

Warwickshire based CPD Logistics has won a £2million with toy distrubutor Bandai UK.
The conract will see the companys annual turnover through the £10 million ceiling and create 20 jobs.
Steve Booker, managing director of CPD Logistics, says: What is fantastic about this latest contract is that it came from personal recommendation from existing clients and major retailers, so you cant have a better testimonial to the quality of your service than that.
The new business means that CPD has taken on a further 4,092 sq m unit at Long Marston.
CPD Logistics, which now employs over 200 staff in ten warehouses, currently distributes toys including Power Rangers, Captain Scarlet and Digimon.

An increase in demand from its customers has prompted Nightspeed to intriduce Printspeed, a tailored service which claims to ensure damage free delivery of fragile sales and marketing print goods.
David Hughes, Printspeed manager, says: We are able to add to our former delivery-only service by completing fulfilment, labelling and despatch needs as well – its one-stop shopping really.
The service which creates 50 new jobs, will operate from Nightspeeds nationwide depot network.
