HubBox expands its Click & Collect solution outside the UK

Retail technology company HubBox has joined the UPS Ready Program, the first in a series of undertakings that will see the SaaS business expand its Click & Collect solution outside of the UK.

The alliance with UPS will enable retailers to quickly and easily ship customer orders to thousands of UPS Access Point™ locations across the continental United States, bolstering their delivery offering and encouraging cart conversions.

In the UK, HubBox enables retailers to offer customers a convenient collection option to over 4,000 locations and is used by well-known e-commerce brands such as Boohoo, Whistles and Warehouse.

UPS has over 9000  Access Point locations in the US,  which are already used by individual customers looking for a convenient way to send and receive their packages. Combined with HubBox’s checkout software, which is compatible with all e-commerce platforms, retailers will now have a simple and straightforward way of ensuring their customers can access Click & Collect when they checkout.

In the UK, Click & Collect is an established delivery option, with over 70% of online shoppers saying they use the service frequently.

“Together with UPS, we hope to make the convenient delivery solution available to shoppers in the US, the same way it is the UK” said Sam Jarvis, Founder and CEO at HubBox.

“UPS has an unrivalled Access Point Network, and, together with our software, they are now able to deliver those benefits directly to retailers who want to keep pace with their customer’s expectations”.

“Our technology allows retailers to access Click & Collect solutions at an unprecedented level of speed and simplicity, resulting in improved customer conversion rates and increased spend at checkout.
