New SwipBox Infinity features to improve customer experience

New SwipBox Infinity features to improve customer experience

SwipBox has just released three new features which will give customers even more options when they use the SwipBox Infinity parcel locker.

As part of their work to continually optimise the SwipBox Infinity solution, SwipBox is now offering three new features to users of the parcel locker.

Customers will now be able to transfer their parcel to another recipient if they are not able to pick the parcel themselves using the Nærboks app, use Click & Collect or activate a wheelchair accessibility function.

Allan Kaczmarek, CEO of SwipBox, commented: “We are really excited to introduce these three features, which will significantly increase convenience for the customers and give them more options in their interaction with the parcel lockers. For us, it’s very important to continually develop our products to ensure ease and convenience for the customers.”

To increase convenience for retailers and customers alike, a Click & Collect solution has also been developed. The solution includes the classic Click & Collect option, allowing customers to order online and pick up their parcel in a parcel locker. The feature can also extend opening hours for stores that have a parcel locker installed. This makes it possible for customers to both pick up parcels when it suits them and drop off items in the parcel locker to the store, which an employee can pick up in connection with e.g. repairs.

Finally, people can activate the option ‘wheelchair accessible’ when needed. When a person has activated the option, this feature ensures that the parcels they order will be delivered in the compartments in the middle of the parcel locker. The top and bottom compartments will not be used for delivery. This means that even more people will be able to conveniently and easily pick up their parcel.

All three features are an integrated and intuitive part of the end user app and are readily available in the Nærboks app in Denmark and in the Pakkeboks app in Norway.

The SwipBox Infinity parcel locker and app solution operate under the brand name Nærboks in Denmark and Pakkeboks in Norway.
