Poczta Polska “consistently working on improving the quality of services provided”
Poczta Polska  has reported that more parcels are being delivered on time – data for the first 9 weeks of 2025 show the positive effects of the Transformation Plan announced in August 2024. Regardless of the type – priority letters, priority and economy parcels, or the flagship Pocztex service – a clear improvement in timeliness can be observed, which significantly affects the satisfaction of individual and business customers.

“Hard data shows that Poczta Polska is consistently working on improving the quality of services provided. The significant improvement in the timeliness of parcel delivery in various categories is proof that it is possible to combine operational efficiency with a high level of customer satisfaction, even in the conditions of the company’s transformation. What could once have been a point of criticism, today becomes a reason for pride. The consistent implementation of the Poczta Polska Transformation Plan shows that we are heading in the right direction,”  says Sławomir Żurawski, Vice President of Poczta Polska for Operations and Logistics.

Priority lists: Qualitative leap

Analysis of data on priority letters shows that the average weekly volume of these shipments reached around 600 thousand pieces. A stable increase in service quality was noted already from the second week of January, maintaining a level above the assumed target. On average, over 94% of priority letters were delivered no later than the third day after posting, i.e. in the so-called D+3 standard.

Packages: Efficiency meets expectations

Since the beginning of the year, the on-time delivery rate for priority parcels has jumped above the target threshold, remaining at a consistently high level until today. In the first week of 2025, the level of 98% was reached, and the following weeks were stabilized at the level of 99% of effective and on-time delivery. This means that Poczta Polska delivers priority parcels above the statutory target.

There is equally good news from the analysis of economy parcels. Since the beginning of the year, the on-time rate has remained high at 99%, in the statutory delivery standard D+5 (delivery to the recipient no later than the fifth day after posting). This is particularly important considering that economy parcels are often chosen by customers as a more budget-friendly and price-competitive shipping option.

Since February this year, an average of over 99 parcels out of 100 sent via Poczta Polska have reached their intended recipients within the expected standard. This is proof that the post office is effectively coping with logistical challenges.

Pocztex: Speed and reliability

The flagship and most popular Pocztex service, known for its fast courier delivery, also does not disappoint. On average, every week, customers sent over a million parcels with Pocztex. Over 95% of them reached the recipient the next day after sending (D+1). This shows the high commitment of Poczta Polska to providing fast and reliable courier service.
