Changes in the Management Board of the Polish Post Office

On March 25th, the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska SA decided to dismiss Sebastian Mikosz from the position of President of the Management Board.

The Management Board will continue its work with the following composition: Sławomir Żurawski – Vice President for Operations and Logistics, who will serve as Acting President until the election for President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska is concluded; Piotr Szajczyk – Vice President for Sales; and Wiesław Strąk – Vice President for Finance. The units previously reported to Sebastian Mikosz will be overseen by Acting President Sławomir Żurawski. Vice President Wiesław Strąk will assume supervision of the Financial Services Department.

The Management Board pledges to maintain the momentum behind the implementation of the Transformation Plan. In the coming days, it will present the Company’s financial results for 2025 to the company’s corporate governance and employees.
