Work together for on-line successes

E-TAILERS AND CARRIERS MUST work in unison to provide a more consumer-oriented service if perceptions concerning the reliability of online shopping are to be changed, says Kay Phillips, chief executive of Parceline.

Parcelinedirect.com enables consumers to select a time window of morning, afternoon, evening or weekend, whichever is the most convenient.
