The shipping group Navalmar Transportes Maritimos Lda has informed today that they have acquired 3 775 994 shares (whereof 175 994 shares of serie A) in Swedish Orient Line.
Navalmar’s acquisition corresponds to 15.2% of the sharecapital respectively 13.6% of the number of votes in Swedish Orient Line.
