Brydon leaves LME to concentrate on Royal Mail

Royal Mail chairman Donald Brydon is stepping down from his role as chairman of the London Metal Exchange (LME) to concentrate on his role at the UK postal operator. The move comes in the wake of Adam Crozier’s resignation as group chief executive last week.

Brydon will continue in his role as chairman of the Smiths Group.
