BBH expands centre of excellence
BÖWE BELL + HOWELL (BBH) has announced expansion plans for a new US customer excellence and demonstration centre at its facility in Durham, N.C. This centre will feature a range of inserting, sorting, software, vision and service offerings available today, and provide an opportunity for customers to meet with BBH industry experts.
“We are making a significant investment in our Customer Excellence Centre to enable customers to experience our best-in-class solutions, running in a fully integrated environment. This exciting initiative demonstrates our commitment to helping customers make the best decisions for their businesses during these challenging times,” said Mark Van Gorp, BBH vice president of business development and marketing.
The facility will feature solutions from BBH and its partner companies. A meeting room and control centre, with capacity for large groups, will serve as the hub for customer meetings, technical advisory councils and other customer and industry events.
