Getronics sells stake in Getexo to Exel

Getronics, the Dutch computer services company, has sold its 50 per cent stake in Getexo, the Dutch provider of logistics preparation services, to UK supply chain management company Exel. Exel already owned the other 50 per cent in Getexo. The transaction, which will generate a small book profit, will not have an effect on operating profit, Getronics said. The sale of the stake is in line with Getronics’ strategy to sell hardware activities. Abstracted from Het Financieele Dagblad Abstracted from Het Financieele Dagblad in Dutch
