Geologistics wins contract with Princess Cruises

Princess Cruises, the global tour and cruise subsidiary of P&O Princess Cruises, has named Geologistics Corporation to handle the distribution and supply chain requirements for its technical division. The contract covers just in time (JIT) distribution services, in addition to air and ocean freight forwarding service provision.
Geologistics will deliver parts and other equipment on a JIT basis to Princess Cruises vessels at ports worldwide. These on-site deliveries will be made from 4 major re-supply points in Amsterdam, London, Los Angeles and Milan, where Geologitics maintains dedicated logistics facilities.
