UPS appoints Engineering SVP

UPS has announced the appointment of Mark Wallace as senior vice president of engineering. He replaces Mitch Nichols, who is retiring after 28 years with the company. Wallace, who will lead the company’s global engineering and sustainability activities, has also joined the UPS Management Committee, a group of the most senior executives responsible for day-to-day management of the company.

Before taking over UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Wallace served as vice president for Industrial Engineering, since 2012.
