New Look partners with Doddle

Fashion retailer New Look is now offering its customers free collections and returns through its partnership with parcel store operator Doddle. Doddle has been building up a network of parcel stores across the UK – most of which are located near train stations. Earlier this month, Doddle opened new parcel stores in London’s Canary Wharf and Surbiton, raising the overall number of sites to almost 40. The company hopes to have 100 stores up and running by the end of this year and expand the network to 250 by the end of 2017.

Doddle has fitted a third of its stores with changing rooms, allowing consumers to try on purchases and either wear them right away or return them instantly, if not right. This will have obvious benefits for New Look customers.

Commenting on the new partnership, Danny Barrasso, New Look Managing Director UK & ROI said: “With over 30% of New Look customers choosing to collect from our stores, we know there is a strong appetite for fast and convenient delivery options. Working with Doddle will give our customers a wider choice and enable them to select the option that best fits in with their routine.”
