ArrowXL appoints manager for Worcester hub

Anthony O’Neill has been appointed General Manager of ArrowXL’s Worcester hub. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, O’Neill was previously the General Manager for Arrk Europe in Nuneaton, which makes specialist components for Aston Martin, Jaguar Land Rover and Rolls Royce.

ArrowXL is one of the UK’s leading two-man home delivery specialists, delivering over 16,000 products to more than 8,000 homes every day. The company focuses on large, fragile and bulky items up to 120kg.

Around 300 staff are based at Arrow XL’s Worcester hub, which handles around 40% of the company’s total volume, delivering around 20,000 orders per week to the South West, Wales, the Midlands and East Anglia regions.

As well as six days a week delivery and collections, the company also provides a range of in-home services such as white goods connection, assembling flat-pack furniture and an unpacking, positioning and packaging removal service.
