Jersey Post opts for Sefas software

Jersey Post will be using Sefas’s Harmonie Communication Suite (HCS) software to improve its operational performance and enhance customer experience in its digital print division. The HCS system, which will be rolling out over the next three months, will give Jersey Post the ability to “create, produce and manage all outbound communications through both traditional print as well as online channels, including dynamic communications for mobile devices”.

The software solution will allow Jersey Post’s clients to access, approve and track communications.

HCS will streamline and standardise the production of a number of customer documents, including financial statements and client correspondence. It will also enable Jersey Post to dynamicly import text, images and charts into communications, and reduce the time and costs involved in creating and updating documents.

Paul Marett, Director at Jersey Post said: “Jersey Post’s has provided digital print services for over 15 years, and offers a ‘data to doorstep’ service for both local and off-island companies. Against a background of lower traditional mail revenues, it is vital that Jersey Post increases income from other sources. We are committed to providing our clients with the exceptional service that will help them effectively engage and improve their customers’ experiences.”
