EPG implements smart HR system

Emirates Post Group (EPG) has implemented a smart Human Resources (HR) system to enable staff to access all employee-related services via their smart phones.  

EPG Chief Support Services Officer Sami Al Khaja said that the the new HR system allows employees to: access via smartphones HR rules and regulations; find out leave balance; submit requests for vacation; apply for air tickets; and submit requests for general letters and salary certificate.

It also provides access to salary details and history; list of medical clinics and hospitals under the health insurance scheme; registration for training courses; applying for employee ID card and updating marital status; in addition to checking the progress of requests submitted to department heads.

He added that in the next phase, HR will launch online training, KPI stages, HR questionnaires, news and circulars from human resources, in addition to special sections for Positive Tips, Knowledge Corner and updates on strategic partners, as well as smart apps for survey on career engagement to boost training participation.
