Fortnam & Mason extends iForce contract

Fortnam & Mason extends iForce contract

iForce has secured a long-term contract to continue providing multi-channel fulfilment services under its Gateway brand to Fortnum & Mason. This includes the supply of products to Fortnum and Mason’s store in Piccadilly, together with its outlets in St.Pancras, Heathrow and Dubai together with on-line order fulfilment.

The latter service encompasses the assembly and packing of the Fortnum and Mason hampers.

The iForce contract extension follows on from a successful Christmas period for Fortnum & Mason, with like-for-like sales increasing by 15% year on year during the five weeks to 3 January. Within this overall growth, online sales were up 38% whilst hamper sales increased by 26% on the prior year.

Nigel McGinley, MD at Fortnum & Mason, said: “iForce has provided Fortnum & Mason with a vast number of valuable services during the last three and a half years, which has helped us to develop and grow our online proposition whilst maintaining our focus on first-class service. Therefore, it made perfect sense to extend our partnership.”
