Follow-up to My Choice
UPS has launched a new enhancement to its UPS My Choice, called Follow My Delivery, which will enable users to monitor the progress of their UPS Air and UPS Worldwide Express packages on a live map. The company added that it plans to add more features to the Follow My Delivery service in the future.
Teresa Finley, Chief Marketing Officer, said: “Follow My Delivery is the latest example of how we use technology to improve the ecommerce consumer delivery experience from the point of purchase to the time of delivery.”
Launched in 2011, the UPS My Choice service is a key feature of the UPS Mobile App, which is available in 16 countries. The app is helping transform consumers’ expectations for package delivery and has been downloaded more than 8 million times on iOS and Android devices.
