UPS planning extension of Japan network

According to the Japanese paper ‘Nihon Keizai’, UPS is planning an important
extension of its own network in Japan. The paper reports that the integrator intends to create up to 30% more jobs in Japan next year. UPS is currently represented only in Tokyo, Osaka and Yokohama.

With a turnover volume of approx. 20bn euros the Japanese express market is the
second biggest after the US market.
