New COO for ArrowXL
Two-man home delivery specialist ArrowXL has appointed Charlie Shiels as Chief Operating Officer. He will be responsible for all operational activities across the organisation.
Shiels has previous worked with DPDGroup UK Ltd for more than 20 years, where he was Executive Director of Central Operations for the past seven years. He has also worked for Exel Logistics, British Airways and Argos.
He joins ArrowXL after taking a ten-month sabbatical to travel the world.
ArrowXL currently operates with four hubs, 17 satellite bases and 230 delivery vehicles.
