BluJay Solutions buys Blackbay

Supply chain software company BluJay Solutions has bought Blackbay, a provider of mobility enabled solutions for the transport and logistics industry. Doug Braun, CEO of BluJay Solutions (which was previously known as Kewill), said: “Intelligent mobility solutions have become an indispensable part of delivering a world-class experience for our customers and their customers; adding Blackbay is the perfect extension to our Global Trade Network.”

Doug Surrett, BluJay’s Chief Product Strategist, added: “Blackbay’s mature and flexible Delivery Connect platform will provide our customers with new mobile workforce management, track and trace and workflow capabilities.”

Blackbay, headquartered in the UK with offices in Australia and New Zealand, will fully integrate with the global BluJay team.
