Amazon lowers free shipping minimum order to $25

Amazon lowers free shipping minimum order to $25

Amazon has lowered the value of the minimum order required for free shipping to $25 – in a move which has been seen as response to Walmart’s competitive free-shipping offers. This is the second time this year that Amazon has lowered the free shipping threshold. In February, the online retailer dropped the free shipping minimum from $49 to $35.

Amazon Prime Members, of course, have free shipping on all Prime-eligible products – but they have to pay their monthly/annual subscription fee.
