Austrian Post reports 20% growth in parcel volumes

Austrian Post has reported that it handled 97m parcels in 2017, which was 20% up on the previous year.

In a statement issued today (9 February), Austrian Post said that this represented a 47% share of the overall Austrian parcels market.

Earlier this week, the postal operator announced a new service enable customers to order a pickup of parcels to be sent or returned directly at their doorstep.
