The Spanish-owned Saica Group has bought Americk Packaging. Assuming the deal is approved by the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, Saica will have full ownership of Americk Packaging, which has six manufacturing sites in Ireland and the UK and an annual turnover of around £11om.
