Exel forge new contract with Chunghwa Picture Tubes
Exel, has formed a new contract with Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT), UK, a manufacturer of display devices and picture tubes based in Taiwan. The contract includes Exel’s service logistics solution allowing CPT to provide its customers with increased levels of customer service and support.
The service logistics solution provided by Exel encompasses strategically-placed stock locations for 46-inch plasma screens stored as replacement parts. This is combined with a specialist Exel courier service to ensure the effective delivery, installation and de-installation of the equipment for CPT’s customers throughout the UK. The solution will be fully integrated with additional value added services such as the customisation of plasma screens.
