Otto offering German shoppers free next day delivery

Online retailer Otto is offer free next day deliveries to its German customers. The offer applies on orders placed before 8pm and the deliveries will be made by Otto’s parcel delivery subsidiary Hermes.

In a notice posted on its website on 31 August, Otto said that more than 12,000 items – including smartphones, notebooks and household electronics like vacuum cleaners or coffee makers – will be included in the free next-day delivery offer.
