TNT has developed a system called the Clinical Trial Network (CTN). It allows doctors, drug companies and test laboratories to communicate more effectively when planning shipments of goods used in clinical trials. CTN went live in Europe last year, and is about to be deployed globally.
The TNT Express Brasil (subsidiary of TNT Post Group) specialized in express delivery services and the Brazilian company Mira Transportes, focused in cargo transportation signed a partnership contract that can represent a turnover of U$5mil per year.
