AS ENTIRE mailings go missing, postai operators stand accused of widespread failure to deliver international direct mail.

There is something seriously wrong and we are going to have to do something. It is a very big problem if direct mail that mailers are paying for doesn’t get to its destination.

The Hong Kong Direct Marketing Association wants postal authorities,
including Hongkong Post, to add more value to customer services,
especially in handling direct and bulk mail.
Association chairman Godfrey Rooke said many international mailers
in Hong Kong had called, through the association, for improved
value-added services.
