Lynx@Home saves with online mail

Lynx@Home, the partnership between independent parcels carrier Lynx Express and courier company Redcats, has launched a new customer-focused contract management facility.
The new feature allows customers to go online with their queries. By answering e-mail, the company has removed the need for expensive telephone calls or delays brought about by correspondence.

Under the five-year partnership, signed more than two years ago, Lynx distributes products to the 2,000-strong courier network, which then takes responsibility for the “final mile” end delivery to the consumer.
