New appointment to help Whistl’s growth plans

UK delivery management company Whistl, has promoted Natalie Sehnal to Business Development Director for its Fulfilment and Contact Services division.  Natalie has been with the business 18 years joining Spark Response which Whistl acquired in 2018.

Natalie will play a key role in delivering Whistl’s ambitious growth plans in the Fulfilment and Contact Centre markets which has seen significant growth in recent years driven by the online shopping boom as well as companies seeking flexible outsourced contact centre support.

Currently, Whistl has 350 seat multi-site Contact Centre capability across its Farnborough and Gateshead sites, alongside remote working capability, supporting brands and retailers to manage their inbound customer enquiries whether on the phone, online chat or responding to email.

Through the acquisition of Spark Response, Whistl has over 20 years’ experience in providing outsourced Contact Service support working across a range of sectors including retail, health/wellbeing and care homes, utilities, public sector, automotive and telecoms.
