ANC sees its busiest time

ANC Express says it has experienced its busiest ever 24-hour period, peaking on the night of December 19.
More than 194,000 parcels went through its two main sorting centres. The Newcastle under-Lyme hub processed 138,000 parcels and Marston Gate, Bedfordshire processed the rest.
ANC has invested £1.6m in 2,000sq m depot in Decimus Park, near Tinbridge Wells, Taken on a ten-year-lease.
Group operations director Michael Holt says: ‘We have not been punching our weight in this part of the world. Our service is the best in the business and we intend to prove that here.’
