Target Express achieved a record consignment volume in the lead-up to Christmas by delivering 282,146 consignments in the week ending December 16.
It broke its existing record for weekly consignment volumes by 16,468 consignments. Target handled a total of 666,574 items during the record-breaking week, 26,000 more than the previous record.
It also broke its sales turnover record by generating more than £500,000 in one day.
