Pos Malaysia launches its latest Pos Shop to “better connect with customers”

Pos Malaysia Berhad , the national post and parcel service provider, continues its retail transformation journey with the launch of its latest Pos Shop convenience store.

The new outlet, located within the General Post Office (GPO) on Jalan Abdul Aziz, Kuantan in Pahang, marks the 17th Pos Shop to date.

Currently, Pos Malaysia has 17 Pos Shop locations across the country, with three in Pahang, three in Kuala Lumpur, two in Selangor, two in Perak, five in Johor, one in Melaka, and one in Negeri Sembilan.

Spanning over 1,800 square feet, the Pos Shop in GPO Kuantan offers a one-stop solution for the local community, combining post and parcel services with a convenient retail space for daily essentials. In addition to its diverse product offerings, the Pos Shop in Kuantan features the popular Pos Kafe, where customers can enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee, purchase snacks, beverages and more while waiting for their parcels or before heading to work. Customers will be able to also enjoy the exclusive Buy-1-Free-1 opening promotion for Pos Sundaes, while stocks last.

The launch of this Pos Shop aligns with Pos Malaysia’s overall strategy to continuously transform its offerings and better connect with customers across Malaysia. The company aims to build trust and enhance convenience by integrating its courier and logistics services with exciting new retail concepts.

As part of its aggressive expansion plans, Pos Malaysia aims to open an additional 33 Pos Shop outlets across key states by the end of 2024, bringing the total to 50 outlets nationwide. This strategic move underscores the company’s commitment to providing greater convenience and value to communities across the country.

With the successful launch of the Pos Shop in Kuantan, Pos Malaysia remains dedicated to reimagining its postal services and enhancing its offerings to meet the evolving needs of customers in the digital age.
