SKOKIE, Ill., Aug. 18 /PRNewswire/ — Bell & Howell Company’s (NYSE: BHW) Mail and Messaging Technologies subsidiary has further strengthened its distribution and service network in Europe with the acquisition of B & H MailHandling SA/NV.

The transaction was completed on Aug. 18, and the acquired operation will be integrated with Bell & Howell’s existing European operation. The synergies between B & H MailHandling SA/NV and the Bell & Howell subsidiary in the Netherlands, together with further planned investment, will contribute towards continued growth of Mail and Messaging Technologies in Europe.
