PostMark technology from the US Postal Service. The Electronic Postmark, which the USPS launched last May, enables customers
to attach an electronic date and time stamp to an e-mail document to ensure
that it’s not tampered with. The mark is expected to appeal to businesses and
individuals who perform financial transactions or transmit confidential data
and need to know if a document or file has been tampered with or want evidence
