Bahrain honours DHL
Bahrain Customs Authorities honoured DHL Express Middle East, North Africa and Turkey (MENAT) with a ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ for the company’s dedication to the growth of Bahrain’s logistics industry and continuous cooperation with the Bahrain Customs Authorities over the last 30 years. Bachi Spiga, head of operations, DHL Express MENAT; Ali Aryan, customs and regulatory affairs manager, DHL Express MENAT and Mark Benton, DHL Express Bahrain country manager received this token of appreciation and two plaques in recognition of their contributions and support of the Bahrain Customs Affairs on the occasion of International Customs Day.
“This recognition further underscores DHL Express’s experience and relationship with Bahrain Customs Authorities that has helped the organisation to cater to customers through numerous service improvements including Security, EDI interface, exchange of knowledge, training and service level improvements,” said Spiga.
