Domino printers: Case Study

Hobs For Direct Marketing, part of the 4DM Group based in Kettering, has recently invested in its third Domino JetArray printer to meet growing business demands.
The company has been using Domino equipment for the last two years to carry out
addressing on to a wide range of substrates, including paper and polythene for its direct
mail and magazine subscription customers.
Les Ritchie, Hobs Technical Director, said: ‘Over the last 11 years, our business has expanded and we needed to make a further investment in technology that could carry Out our addressingrequirements. The principal criteria were: consistently high-quality print over eight lines on both paper and polythene, including the opaque patch, as well as fast-
drying ink to avoid smudging.
‘We chose Domino again because the JetArray could meet all these demands, as well as provide us with excellent service and support’
